TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. General

These Terms and Conditions may be subject to change at any time without notification. Any changes will be effective immediately and will be displayed on the p.m.Office website. It is your responsibility to ensure that you are familiar with p.m.Office's Terms and Conditions. Each and every time that you use the services of p.m.Office you agree to be bound by the Terms and Conditions together with all other terms and conditions specific to the service p.m.Office is providing.

In these Terms and Conditions, all references to "you" mean the individual making the booking, the individual attending the workshop or Certification Course and the employer (either an individual or an organisation) of the individual making the booking.

3.1. Skills and Knowledge Workshops

Substitutions are welcome up to 3 working days prior to the workshop start date. Should you need to cancel or transfer attendance for any reason, the following rules will apply:

Cancellation of attendance at a workshop up more than 10 working days prior to the start date: Full refund, less $100 administration fee Cancellation of attendance at a workshop within 5 – 10 working days prior to the start date: 50% refund of the course fee Cancellation of attendance at a workshop fewer than 5 working days prior to the start date or non-attendance without notice: 100% forfeit of the course fee – no refund Transfer of attendance to another course more than 10 days prior to the start date: $100 transfer fee Transfer of attendance to another course within 5 – 10 days prior to the start date: $150 transfer fee 4. Privacy Statement

p.m.Office is committed to protecting your privacy. p.m.Office does not sell, publish or provide information to third parties that can be directly associated with you except in circumstances where p.m.Office is contracting an individual or organisation to provide a product or service you bought from us.

The information p.m.Office collects about you is used for maintaining training records, and providing you with our news updates, if you have opted to subscribe.

Notwithstanding the above, p.m.Office may be legally required to disclose certain information. p.m.Office reserves the right to disclose information to law enforcement or other government agencies if it is demanded in connection with an investigation of fraud, intellectual property infringements, or other activity that is illegal or may expose p.m.Office to legal liability.

5. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights (including but not limited to copyright) in all products, courses and course materials at all times belong to and shall remain vested in p.m.Office and any of our courses or services contracted providers. Neither you, nor any other person, shall obtain any intellectual property rights or any other interest, right or title whatsoever in or to any product or any course materials.

If you purchase a course for which we provide you course materials, we hereby grant you a non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to use those materials strictly for the purpose of participating in the relevant course and for your own educational, non-commercial purposes.

You shall ensure that such course materials are only made available to and accessed by you and you must not make available, copy, reproduce, disseminate, re-transmit, sub-license, distribute, sell, publish, broadcast or otherwise supply in any medium and in any manner any such materials (or any part of them) to any third party.

6. Authorisation and Acceptance

You acknowledge that you have read these Terms and Conditions and in any event are deemed to have accepted these Terms and Conditions when you make a booking.

You confirm and undertake that as the "order contact" you are authorised to complete the transaction and you accept the terms and conditions on behalf of yourself and your organisation and attendees.

All course participants acknowledge that they are legally entitled to study in New Zealand where relevant.

You further acknowledge that you meet the prerequisites specified.

p.m.Office values the privacy of every individual's personal information and is committed to the protection of personal information as well as commercial and intellectual property. Our policy is to only collect information that we need to engage with you as a customer, candidate, associate or client in a meaningful way. p.m.Office operates the website http://www.pmoaas.co.nz and as a part of our operations we gather the following information about the users of our websites and services:

You provide this information to us when you complete the online enquiry form, training enquiry form, attend a training course or engage in communications with us directly. The provision of this information to us will always be optional for you. However, some products and services may not be available should you elect not to provide your information.
